Excellent espresso is easy to find, but we missed the ecologic and repsonsible aspect in the coffee chain! We wanted to have both: an espresso from ecologic cultivation and the best, typical espresso taste: balanced acidity, low bitterness and perfect equilibrated aroma!
So we did taste lots of ecologically grown coffees from all over the world after test roasting, from Brasil, Columbia, India, Ethiopia, Guatemala and and did choose only the the best, always pure 100% Arabica from organic farming.
After long trials our brand was born, in our opinion an excellent Espresso without compromise!
